Refund policy

Introduction

At YeslFoods, we strive to ensure that every customer receives fresh, high-quality food and timely delivery. If you experience any issue with your order, we are here to help. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are applicable, how to request one, and how long the process may take.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after order is placed and before it is prepared or dispatched.
  • Incorrect order delivered (wrong items or missing items).
  • Poor food quality (spoiled, unsafe, or any item which is expired as per recommendation on label).
  • Order cancelled/Rejected by YeslFoods after order is placed due to Non availability of item/operational issues/Delivery issues due to weather conditions.
  • In case an item comes with a tasting sample and the user is not happy with the product after using the tasting sample.

Refunds are not applicable in cases such as:

  • Change of mind after order is prepared or dispatched.
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Delay caused by weather or unavoidable traffic situations.
  • Partial consumption of food before raising an issue.
  • If the main pack is opened apart from the sample provided if any.
  • The original pack is tampered with.
  • Request for refund is raised before 2 days from the day of Items delivered.
  • For any perishable/Frozen items the request for refund should be raised within an hour of receipt of the order.
  • No refunds will be processed for any Frozen item if the item is not stored in a freezer at the customer end.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you face an issue, please raise a request within 1 hour of order delivery or scheduled delivery time:

Note: Reference to original bill number, Order Number and payment reference number are must while raising a request. Yesl Foods has the final authority to either accept an order for refund or reject an offer for refund. Use request for refund form on the website to raise a request.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your request is verified, the refund will be processed within 7 working days and a confirmation message will be triggered once the refund is initiated.

4. Refund Method

Refunds may be issued in the following way: Original payment method (UPI / Card / Net banking).

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cancelled within 2 minutes of placing the order are fully refundable.
  • Orders cancelled after food preparation begins may not be eligible for a full refund, Yesl foods reserve the right for deciding the refund based on the item ordered.
  • If the restaurant or delivery partner cancels the order, a full refund is issued automatically.
  • If a cancellation is requested by Customer after the order is delivered, only the invoice item of the product will be refunded, the other charges like the Delivery charges, packing charges or any other extra charges will not be refunded.
