No, cash payments are not available you need to pay it in advance while placing the order through the APP, In case you are a registered user you can check with the outlet before placing the order.

Yes, it depends on the distance you are located, it varies from INR 25 to INR 50 which will be applicable during your billing process. For orders through Online platforms additional charges levied by such platforms will be applicable.

How can I get my order delivered fast ?

Most of the communities take much time for entry in the main gate through the apps and for personal going to multiple blocks and units, so if you can provide a pre-approval for YESL foods for delivery every time it will help in speeding up, or it is recommended that once an alert is received that your order is dispatched you reach the gate and pick your order which will help you to have your order early and also hot/cold.

Do I get any discounts or benefits for Dine-In and Take away ?

Yes, since we cut our overheads, we do not charge for the delivery and packing charges, hence we pass this benefit along with special offers which are available exclusive in the store only, the major benefit is you can have your foods at the right temperature that it needs to be served.

Is it better to order in YESL App or online platforms?

It is always preferred to pick the order or Dine-In, in case you have the option of delivery through YESL App delivery range you can order through this. There will be price variation between Yesl App and Online platforms as Prices in online platforms will incur their commissions as well as their delivery charges and platform fees etc.. Is the 30 Minutes delivery or Free, offer applicable on the orders ?

This offer is not applicable, we prepare our food fresh based on the order, so we cannot commit to stringent timelines and deliver half cooked or undercooked food, hence we do not have such offers, a home delivery is dependent on many external factors like Peak time, Traffic, weather conditions etc.. we will give our best and a reasonable time during your order booking, we recommend to at least have an 1 hour window before placing the order or pre-order with a set delivery time and we will plan your delivery accordingly.

Are all menu items available at all stores ?

We don’t recommend any customer paying tips for the delivery partners, in case you are very much happy with our service you can pay to the “YESL Employee fund” which will be distributed to all the staff at the end of the month.
